Right As Rain

There are many things happening in our life and I want to touch point on every single on of them but I have no idea where to start.

We've gone through everything I've said before along with a few other things I can't talk about still. I really can't talk about it yet emotionally. I'm not ready yet.

I've also switched the girls' rooms and I'm still working in them so I'll be showing the before, during, and after pictures as I go but it's a slow process for me anymore. I'll explain that at a later date as well sorry. I'll do a separate post on the rooms too.

I've also redid the entry closet! I'm quite proud I did it lol. It's not the best but it works for now at least.

I'm sorry to cut this so short but it's time to go cook dinner.

Officially Back

Ok sorry it took so long to get back into blogging. We dealt with our friend's death but after we were doing better it life got away from us. With my dad still having a possibility of some of his brain bleeding again. Even after the surgery early this year. He's also now having to get surgery on both eyes next month. Along with my mom's Parkinson's getting worse along with her earky onset dementia and early onset Alzheimer's. Closely followed by both girls' birthdays and Halloween. A scary bit where we weren't sure if my husband was going to loose his job or not {he didn't by the way}. Life got insanely busy.

However, I'm back again I swear! I'm back with new ideas and great things to come. I'm going to post a MINIMUM of once a week {mostly Tuesday's} and I'm going be be here I promise.

Happy Halloween

Taking a short hiatus

This weekend we were supposed to go to Tennessee for a kayaking trip but we couldn't find a sitter for the girls so we stayed home.

However,  after a fun time there was a massive storm and our friends called it in early and decided to go home yesterday. As they were getting ready to leave and go home they collided with another boat four were injured but we also lost a dear friend. 

He fell overboard and never resurfaced.  We got the news they recovered him at about 2:30 in the morning. 

He was 39.

You never think about how short life is and how fast it can be taken away until it happens to someone you love.

So I need time to be with our friends and my family. 

I ask everyone who's reading this to please pray for our friends wife. She needs it now more than ever.

Think I'm getting sick

oh man I think I'm getting sick. 

I've been so busy and I still have a ton to do.

 I'm switching the girls' rooms and it's a disaster. On top of that I'm reorganizing and moving around the master bedroom and living room. 

I can't be getting sick!

On another note Elizabeth got her first balloon. 

She absolutely loved it.

I have to make this quick I have 4 kids 4 and under over here at the moment. The video I'm  putting up I recorded this morning before all the kids got here and Lily was down for a nap. Elizabeth and I were hanging out bonding over Dr Horrible's Sing Along Blog.

So Tired But Very Happy

Oh man am I tired I could just pass out here at the keyboard. So excuse me while I ramble and go on and on about nothing. I have no real topic in my mind today sorry.

 Elizabeth woke up four time last night after sleeping through the night the passed few weeks, and the dumpster garbage man woke her up again at 5:30 this morning and she was too scared to fall back asleep poor baby. 

I spent all morning doing chores and laundry. I've been such a bad homemaker. I really have been. 

I got new contacts yesterday! Sad news is my vision has gotten worse though. 

I haven't worn contacts since I was pregnant with Lily, so about four years ago.

Four years! My baby's going to be four!

My other baby is going to be one!

Where has the time gone!

I'm actually on here putting off doing the dishes and I really should get off and go do them. Our pastors might stop by this afternoon and one of Bryan's co-workers is coming over for dinner. So I really should get it done.

I have no idea what to cook at all. 

So I'm getting up and going to go find out.
